Welcome to my VLOG. I'm excited to share with you my training strategies, nutrition, strength, gear setup, etc., over the course of my 2019 Pro Triathlon Season. This will be my second year competing as a pro, I have some big goals, and exciting plans and thought it'd be fun to have you join me along the way. I hope you enjoy the videos, they will all be around the 10 minute range (this one little longer just cause had to introduce things a little), and can learn some things along the way. Really just want to have fun with it, and would really appreciate feedback, comments, and questions, so we can get a good discussion going, and the videos can really be valuable for everyone.
I'll be posting every single day (of course things come up so maybe a day here or there will be missed over the course of the season) at 4pm EST. The videos are back-dated, so I will film on say the Monday, and post the Tuesday at 4pm. This gives me time to edit, and of course time to train to my fullest.

In the video I mentioned the bike workout: it was 20x30s at 510W on short recovery. Nailed the target power, and will share in an upcoming video the why, and what I'm working towards with that workout.
